Our Process

Our main goal is to create an experience and aesthetic that uniquely represents you and your partner. We want the experience to be as carefree for you as possible and we accomplish this by stepping you through the following:

Nice to meet you! Our first meeting is a get-to-know-you extravaganza. We hope to hear about your personalities, what you do for fun, any quirky stories you'd like to share about each other, your likes (and just as importantly your dislikes).

Then, we'll talk about the logistics of the event: Your budget, guest count, vendor needs, etc.

We'll get back to you with a maximum of three different price points with varying involvement that we hope will fit your needs and budget.

Once we've finalized our responsibilities, we'll hit the ground running! We know from experience that your wedding experience should be as stress-free as possible. Leave it to us to take care of the nitty gritty.

Get to know the head and hands that are behind it all:

Stephanie Stephanie

Stephanie Henry

Stephanie was born and raised in a medium sized town in north Texas. There, she had a lot of free time on account of there being nothing fun to do, resulting in exploring all the nooks and crannies of her neighborhood (with an observation book in tow) and creating art. Whether is was made out of paper, old treasures or new finds Stephanie loved to explore and create. It is through this urge to make that Events with Heart was born.

FAQ

Most designers and coordinators operate by offering their clients “packages.” While we understand how this helps save time on the vendor’s end, we do not believe that every client has the same needs. We strive to get to know our client’s needs first, then create a custom service that is as unique as each pair. Pricing is based on how involved our service will be.

Our business is centered around designing and coordinating a personal experience for our clients. We have done everything from booking lodging to standing in for a bride who’s planning from long distance at a cake tasting.

We haven’t come across that yet!

Once we’ve agreed on your services we require a deposit of half of our booking fee. For example, If we provide full coordination services for you and the cost of that service is $1000 the deposit will be $500.
